Payment Frequently Asked Questions
I have entered my credit card details in but the order has not worked. Please help.
This has most likely been caused by not entering the correct address as your ‘Billing Address’. This address MUST match the address used for your credit card account. This is normally your home address where your card statements are mailed or if a company card your company address.
What if I want my ordered item to be delivered to an address different to my ‘Billing Address’?
Simply remove the ticked box from the option at the bottom of the page:
Ship items to the above billing address
Then enter your desired shipping address.
What if I don’t have a credit card, or do not want to pay by credit card?
We also offer the option to pay by Cheque.
You will need to select ‘Pay by Cheque’ option when placing your order.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive instructions on how to make the cheque payment.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes, you can pay over the phone. Simply fill out the order and select “pay by phone” as the payment option. After you submit your order, give us a call and have your order number handy, and we’ll accept your payment.
